How should I compare machines for foaming detergent?

Provide a sample or filling video, filling temperature and target volume. Ask for a trial that checks foam at the bottle mouth, drips after shut-off, fill consistency and output after the liquid settles. Nozzle movement and filling speed should be evaluated with the actual detergent and container.

Can the line handle several bottle sizes and pump caps?

List every bottle and closure, including neck dimensions and pump tubes where relevant. Confirm change parts, cap feeding, capping method and changeover procedures in the quotation. Compatibility with one bottle does not prove compatibility with every format.

Can a piston filler handle sauce with particles?

Do not select from viscosity alone. Send a representative sample and describe particle size, softness and distribution. Ask for a filling trial to assess passage through the proposed product path, portion consistency and any change to the product. Suitability must be confirmed for the actual recipe.

Is a 500g pack the same as a 500ml filling setting?

No. Mass and volume are different quantities. State the required quantity and unit, together with product density or sample information at the filling temperature. Agree how acceptance will be measured and whether additional weighing or inspection is required.

What should I check for cleaning and recipe changes?
