The MPC-DWX automatic star wheel orientation labeling machine is designed for high-speed positioning and full-wrap labeling on cylindrical bottles, round bottles, vials and other round containers. It features stable star wheel feeding, accurate label orientation, high precision and reliable performance, widely used in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical industries.

1. Star Wheel Stabilization (High Stability):
Bottles are individually held in a star wheel pocket during the labeling process. This eliminates bottle wobbling, making it perfect for lightweight empty bottles or unstable containers that are difficult to label on a conveyor belt.
2. Precise Fixed-Point Labeling:
Equipped with advanced sensors to detect bottle orientation marks (such as handles, bottom notches, or color marks). It ensures the label is applied exactly where you want it (e.g., centered opposite the handle).
3. Versatile Labeling Modes:
Single Label Positioning: Apply one label at a specific spot.
Double Label Positioning: Apply two labels (front and back) relative to each other.
Full Wrap-Around: Can also perform standard 360° labeling.

The "Bottle-in, Label-apply, Bottle-out" rotary workflow is smoother and faster than linear positioning systems, ensuring a labeling accuracy of ±0.5mm.
