The Grepack MPC-DS Series is a versatile Double-Side Labeling Machine engineered to apply labels simultaneously on the front and back of Square, Flat, and Oval containers. Unlike simple round bottle labelers, this machine features a specialized Synchronous Chain Alignment System that automatically centers and squares the bottles before they reach the labeling station. This guarantees high precision for products like Laundry Detergent, Shampoo, Engine Oil, and Edible Oil.

✅ Front & Back Labeling (Dual Head): Equipped with two independent labeling heads to apply labels on opposite sides of the bottle in a single pass. Note: You can also turn off one head to apply a single label.
✅ Perfect Alignment (Chain Correction): Square and flat bottles often move irregularly on conveyors. Our unique Chain Calibration Device physically corrects the bottle's angle, ensuring it is perfectly straight before labeling to prevent skewed labels.
✅ Top Holding Belt: A synchronized Top Pressing Mechanism holds the bottle firmly from above, keeping it stable and preventing wobbling during high-speed transport.
✅ Versatility (3-in-1 Option): This machine is not limited to flat bottles. Optional: It can be equipped with a Wrap-Around Station to label Round Bottles as well, giving you a universal solution.
✅ No Bubbles: Uses flexible sponge rollers or brushes to smooth out the label on flat surfaces, ensuring a premium, bubble-free finish.
