The HC-180T is a high-efficiency HFFS (Horizontal Form Fill Seal) machine featuring Duplex Output Technology. Using a single roll of film, the machine forms, fills, and seals two pouches simultaneously in one cycle. This design doubles your production capacity without increasing the machine's footprint.

1. Duplex High Speed (1 Cycle = 2 Pouches): The machine utilizes a specialized duplex mold to form two sachets side-by-side on the same film web.Standard Speed: 40-50 cuts/min.
Actual Output: 80-100 pouches/min (since each cut produces 2 bags).
2. Flexible "Twin Pack" Capability: Ideally suited for creating Linked Sachets (Twin Packs) with a perforation line in the middle.
Marketing Application: Perfect for packing Shampoo + Conditioner, or Coffee + Sugar combinations in one connected strip.
3. Independent Dual Filling: Equipped with Two Filling Nozzles that work simultaneously. You can fill the same product in both pouches for high speed, or different products in each pouch for combo packs.
