1. Film feeding
Roll film is unwound and pulled into the forming section according to the set bag length.2. Coding option

The servo auger filler measures and feeds powder into each formed sachet.5. Sealing and cutting
The machine seals the pouch and cuts finished bags for stable small sachet output.6. Finished discharge

- For small stick packs: choose HC-V160 or HC-V240 when the target is compact sachets, small powder doses and moderate output.
- For larger bags or wider film: choose HC-V320 or HC-V420 when the bag size, film width or filling volume is higher.
- For difficult powders: confirm powder flowability, dust level, bridging risk, filling weight, bag style and required production speed before final configuration.
Before You Request a Quote
Please share the powder name, target fill weight, bag width and length, film type, required speed, powder flowability and whether dust extraction, nitrogen flushing, date coding or downstream cartoning is required. If the powder is sticky, very fine or easy to bridge, sample testing is recommended.
