1. Roll film feeding
The film roll is pulled into the forming section according to the required bag length.2. Optional coding
Production date, batch number or traceability code can be printed on the film before filling.3. Bag forming
The forming collar shapes the film into the selected sachet or back-seal bag style.4. Liquid dosing
The piston pump or liquid pump doses sauce, oil, honey, shampoo, lotion or detergent into the sachet.5. Sealing and cutting
The sachet is sealed and cut automatically for continuous liquid pouch output.6. Finished discharge

- For small liquid sachets: HC-V160 and HC-V240 are suitable for compact sachets or stick-type liquid packs.
- For larger sachets: HC-V320 and HC-V420 are better when larger bag width, longer bag length or higher filling volume is required.
- For special liquids: final configuration should be confirmed based on viscosity, foaming, filling volume, bag style, film material and required production speed.
