Automatic Working Process
1. Product measuring
The selected combination scale, linear scale, measuring cup, piston pump or powder head measures the product.2. Film feeding
The external film release mechanism feeds wide roll film up to 820 mm into the forming area.3. Bag forming
The forming collar shapes the film into back-seal bags or pillow bags according to the required pouch width.4. Filling and sealing
Material is filled into the pouch; intelligent temperature control supports smooth and stable sealing.5. Coding and exhaust
Date printing, inflation or exhaust can be added according to the packaging requirement.6. Finished output
