Project Overview
This export project was designed as two identical bottling lines for a 200ml, 40% ABV liquor product. Each line integrates automatic bottle unscrambling, air conveying, bottle rinsing, ambient-temperature gravity filling, cap feeding, automatic capping, double-side labeling and finished-bottle conveying.
The central machine is the Grepack HCXGF24-24-8 rinsing, filling and capping monoblock. The configuration reduces manual handling and keeps the complete process coordinated from empty bottle to labeled product.
Complete Line Process
| 01 · Automatic Bottle HandlingThe bottle unscrambler orients empty bottles and transfers them through an approximately 6 m air conveyor for stable, continuous feeding. | 02 · 24-Head Gravity FillingAmbient-temperature gravity filling suits free-flowing liquor. No-bottle-no-fill control helps prevent spills and unnecessary product loss. |

Frequently Asked Questions
Can the line handle other liquor bottle sizes?
Compatibility is evaluated from bottle height, diameter, neck finish, cap type and label dimensions. Change parts can be designed after sample testing.
Is 12,000 bottles per hour guaranteed for every bottle?
The design range is 10,000–12,000 BPH per line. Final output depends on the bottle, cap, label and complete-line operating conditions.
Does a liquor filling line require explosion-proof equipment?
The installation area, ventilation, vapor concentration and local safety regulations must be evaluated. The requirement is not determined by alcohol content alone.
