Semi-Automatic: Great for startups or small batches. Low cost, but requires an operator.
Fully Automatic Inline: Essential for large-scale production. These machines integrate seamlessly with capping machines, labeling machines, and packing systems.
Scalability: Don't just buy for today. If you expect to double your sales next year, choose a machine that can be upgraded or run at higher speeds (BPH - Bottles Per Hour) than you currently need.
5. Hygiene Standards and Easy Cleaning (CIP)

Material: Ensure all contact parts are made of Food Grade Stainless Steel (304 or 316L) to prevent corrosion and contamination.
Clean-in-Place (CIP): If you produce food or dairy, ask if the machine supports CIP systems. A machine that is easy to disassemble and clean prevents bacterial growth and reduces the time your staff spends on maintenance.
