Working Principle
This machine automates the entire packaging process through a precise rotary mechanism:
1.Bottle Infeed: Bottles are transferred from the air conveyor directly to the filling station via the infeed star wheel.
2.Vacuum Filling: When the filling valve contacts the bottle mouth, it creates a negative pressure (vacuum). The liquid is filled to a precise level, and excess air/foam is sucked back, ensuring all bottles have the exact same liquid level.
3.Stable Transition: Filled bottles are moved to the capping turret via a neck-handling dial, ensuring stability even at high speeds.
4.Precision Capping: The anti-rotation knife holds the bottle neck firmly. The capping heads, equipped with a constant torque device, apply the caps tightly without damaging them.
5.Outfeed: The finished product is conveyed out to the packaging line.
